FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I book you and pay you?
Your date is booked once the contract has been signed and done a first payment.
The first payment is 30% of the total, another 30% at the wedding’s day and the remaining 40% when you receive the final work.
When your date is booked there will be no other booked work for that day, just yours.
Do you personally do every photography work you book?
Yes, always. I never send anyone to do my photography works for me. When you’re booking a date, there will be no other assignment for that day.
What’s your photography equipment? Do you bring a backup camera?
I always carry a backup camera. I always bring three cameras although I just use two of them, a full frame Canon EOS 6D with fixed focal lenght lenses. Their quality, brightness and sharpness is really noticeable and they let me work without any equipment limitation.
My lenses are:
- Sigma 24mm f1.4 HSM Art.
- Sigma 35mm f1.4 HSM Art.
- Sigma 50mm f1.4 HSM Art.
- Sigma 85mm f1.4 HSM DG.
I don’t use to shoot flash, but I carry two Canon Speedlite EX580 II and a Canon Speedlite EX430 II.
Is there any watermark or signature on your photos?
No, they’re all clean and ready to be used by you.
Do you publish all your photoshoots?
No, but I recommend it. I understand that many people won’t like their image to be public on my website, that’s something I totally respect.
However, when you don’t release your image rights I also won’t release my autorship’s copyright. The images couldn’t be published or shared in any way by the client and the photographer.
This topic will be talked at the sign of the contract.
Can I hire you for only a part of the wedding?
We can discuss about it, just tell me your case and we’ll see if we can make it possible. At the wedding I work from the beginning to the end of the day, but if yours is not on a weekend or it’s not in the main weddings season probably there won’t be a problem to do it.
Do we have to pose a lot?
No, during that day I rather catch the moment as it is and the way you and your guests live it. What I usually ask you is not to look at the camera unless I ask for it.
Do we have to do an engagement photoshoot?
It’s included as a gift within the wedding pack and can’t be exchanged for another service or refund. Doing an engagement photoshoot is perfect for creating an extra complicity between the couple and the photographer, something that will be noticed in the result for the wedding day. It’s also good to know each other to let you know how I work in the “battlefield”.
And, specially, you’ll love that day and your photos!
Do we need an album?
No, it’s optional. Both the design and the body of the album will make your photos shine, but you can choose whether you want it or not.
